Management Information Systems Association (MISA) is a student business organization geared towards MIS majors at the University of Northern Iowa. We are committed to exposing our members to today’s dynamic business world through various company speakers, such as Federated Insurance, IBM, John Deere, RSM, Ernst & Young and others! Throughout the school year, we also host UNI MISA alumni speakers and establish trips to corporations’ headquarters. Our goal is to familiarize our members with as many companies, positions, and business practices in IT and IS as possible before graduation; we do this by assisting our members in attaining internships and the values of today’s IT professional.
